 "description": "This basemap service is designed to provide access to the earliest available\nState Remotely Sensed Image Library collection of aerial imagery captured over\nvarious locations in Queensland.\n\nBasemap services comprise a single layer of static imagery optimised for\ndisplay purposes. This service can be used in dynamic mode to filter and\ndisplay individual project areas. Accuracy is dependent on the individual\nprojects and aerial images that comprise each project. The projects become\nvisible at a regional scale of 1:250,000.\n\nThe images comprised in each of the projects are orthorectified which removes\nthe effects of image perspective (tilt) and relief (terrain) effects for the\npurpose of creating a planimetrically correct image. The resultant\northorectified images have a constant scale wherein features are represented\nin their \u201ctrue\u201d positions.\n\nThe source images, of the digitally scanned unrectified aerial film photo\nframes, are produced by the State of Queensland (Department of Natural\nResources, Mines and Energy) and are available through QImagery.\n\nThis service is GDA2020 compatible and able to consumed in GDA2020 at the\nclient end.\n\nThis service supports projects captured in both GDA94 and GDA2020 datums. A\nSeven parameter similarity transformation has been applied to new projects\nthat have been captured in GDA2020, this is to ensure that they align and\ndisplay correctly when published in the default WGS 1984 Web Mercator\n(Auxiliary Sphere) projection alongside GDA94 projects.\n\nThe ISO 19115 standard metadata record for this service and further individual\nepoch mosaic product metadata information is available from the Queensland\nSpatial Catalogue (QSpatial).\n\nIf you would like to receive updates for new projects, functionality or\nplanned downtime please subscribe here: http://ems.gs/3qln0iYbIYQ.\n\n",
